About Hannah

 

Hannah has been practising yoga for more than 15 years and has been practising Iyengar Yoga alone for 8 years.  She is a qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher.

“I initially became enamoured with Yoga at college where I attended Yoga classes and was first introduced to Iyengar Yoga.  Upon leaving college, I tried a number of other Yoga styles that were never quite right for me, whilst still keeping up a regular practise.  When I moved to Cornwall, I decided to find a class that matched up to my preliminary Yoga experiences and found this with Iyengar Yoga with Charlie Worthington.

Since then I’ve practised Yoga with increasing regularity and enthusiasm, which has continued through my teacher training and as I’ve begun to teach.


I decided to start teaching as I love practising yoga myself and have found it beneficial for my health and confidence; it also saw me well through two pregnancies. I had a desire to pass on the key for well being to other people.”

Hannah lives near Camborne with her husband and two daughters.
